1. Essential cookies and storage

Session cookies keep you signed in to the dashboard between page loads. Without them you would have to verify a one-time code on every screen.

Local storage holds your authenticated session and small interface preferences on your own device.

Security cookies help us protect sign-in against automated abuse.

2. Visitor pages

A Ping Link page — the screen someone sees after scanning your code — does not require sign-in and sets no tracking cookies. It uses only what the browser needs to place the call.

3. What we don't use

No advertising cookies, no ad networks, no cross-site tracking pixels, and no selling of browsing data.

4. Third parties

Payments are handled by our payment provider on their own checkout page; they set their own cookies there under their own policy.

5. Managing cookies

You can clear or block cookies in your browser settings. Blocking essential cookies will stop you from staying signed in to the dashboard.

6. Consent

The banner shown on your first visit records your choice locally on your device. Because Ping Link sets no advertising or analytics cookies, declining optional cookies changes nothing about how the service behaves — essential sign-in storage remains, as it is required for the dashboard to work.

Clearing your browser storage will show the banner again so you can change your choice.

7. Erasing your data

Cookies live on your device, but if you also want the data we hold about you deleted, reply REMOVE on WhatsApp from your number. See our Data Removal page for what that erases.
