Terms & Conditions
The rules for using Ping Link, written as plainly as we can manage.

By creating a Ping Link account or using a Ping Link QR code you agree to these terms. If you do not agree with them, please do not use the service.
1. The service
Ping Link is operated by Arino One Tech Experts Limited, Landscape House, Brownsbarn, Baldonnell, Co. Dublin, D22 P3K7, Ireland. Company Reg. No. 789699.
Ping Link turns a QR code into a private call button. A visitor scans your code, you receive a notification on your verified WhatsApp number, and you choose to accept the call or send it to voicemail.
Calls are bridged by Ping Link so neither party sees the other's phone number.
2. Your account
You need a WhatsApp number you control in order to receive call notifications. You are responsible for keeping access to that number and to your account secure.
Email sign-in exists only as a recovery route into the dashboard. It is never used to receive calls or notifications.
Accounts are for a single owner. Do not share your account credentials.
3. Limits
You may have up to 5 active Ping Links at any time. Revoking a link frees a slot immediately.
Voicemails are permanently deleted 24 hours after they are recorded. It is your responsibility to listen within that window.
4. Pricing and payment
Every account gets 5 free calls. After those are used, each call costs $0.25, deducted from your credit balance.
A call is counted whenever it reaches an outcome — accepted, sent to voicemail, or unanswered.
Credit is purchased in fixed packs of $15, $25 or $50. Prices are in USD and payments are processed by our payment provider.
Credit is not a stored-value instrument, is not transferable between accounts, and is generally non-refundable except where required by law.
5. Acceptable use
Do not use Ping Link to harass, defraud, impersonate or endanger anyone.
Do not place a Ping Link where it implies a contact point you are not authorised to represent.
Do not attempt to identify visitors' phone numbers, circumvent the call bridge, or interfere with the service's operation.
Emergency services are not available through Ping Link. Never rely on it for an emergency.
6. Suspension
We may suspend or close an account that breaches these terms, that is used for abuse or fraud, or where we are legally required to act. Where practical we will tell you why.
7. Availability and liability
We work to keep Ping Link running reliably but cannot guarantee uninterrupted service; calls depend on mobile networks, WhatsApp and the visitor's connection.
To the extent permitted by law, our liability is limited to the credit remaining on your account.
8. Changes
We may update these terms. The date at the top of this page shows the current version, and material changes will be notified in the dashboard.
9. Your data and erasure
You can delete your data at any time by replying REMOVE on WhatsApp from your number. This permanently erases your account, Ping Links, call history, voicemails and message logs. Any unused credit is forfeited when you do so.

10. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland, and the courts of Ireland have exclusive jurisdiction, without affecting any mandatory consumer rights you have where you live.
