Three steps to set up. Two seconds to answer.
Ping Link sits between a QR code and your WhatsApp. Here is exactly what happens, from the moment you create a link to the moment the call ends.
From blank screen to a working call button
Setup takes about two minutes. After that, everything happens on your phone.
- 1
Verify your WhatsApp number, once
You sign up with the number you already use. We send a one-time code on WhatsApp — that verified number is where every ping arrives, and it is never shown to anyone who scans your code.
- 2
Create and name a Ping Link
Give each link a name you'll recognise: Car, Front door, Shop, Gate. You can have up to 5 active Ping Links at a time, and you can add an optional spoken greeting visitors hear before they connect.
- 3
Download and place the QR code
Download it as PNG or SVG, print it at any size and stick it where people need it. There is nothing for the visitor to install — their phone camera opens it in the browser.
- 4
Someone scans it
They see your link's name and a single call button. No sign-up, no typing a number, no app.
- 5
You get pinged on WhatsApp
A WhatsApp message arrives with two buttons: Accept, or send to Voicemail. You decide in the moment, and nothing rings if you don't want it to.
- 6
You talk — or you listen later
Accepting bridges the call through Ping Link, so neither side sees a number. If you send it to voicemail, they record a short message and you get a link to listen. Voicemails are deleted automatically after 24 hours.
Everything about your links, in one place
Manage your Ping Links, see who called and when, listen to voicemails, and top up credit — all from the same screen.
Up to 5 active links
Create, rename or revoke at any time. A revoked link stops working immediately.
PNG and SVG downloads
Print at sticker size or poster size — the QR code stays crisp either way.
WhatsApp notifications
Accept or send to voicemail straight from the message. No extra app to open.
24-hour voicemail
Messages are stored just long enough for you to hear them, then deleted for good.

A bridged call, not a forwarded number
The visitor's browser connects to Ping Link, and Ping Link connects to you. The two halves never meet, so no number is ever revealed to either side.
- The visitor never sees, learns or dials your number.
- You never receive their number either — there is nothing to leak.
- If you don't answer within 45 seconds, they're offered voicemail.
- Revoking a Ping Link cuts it off instantly, everywhere.

Your first 5 calls are free
After that, each call costs $0.25 from your credit balance. Credit is topped up in $15, $25 or $50 packs — there is no subscription and nothing renews on its own.
Make yourself reachable. Not your number.
Create your first Ping Link in a couple of minutes. No app for your visitors, no number shared, ever.
