Getting started
- Verify your WhatsApp number with a one-time code.
- Create your first Ping Link and give it a name you'll recognise.
- Download the QR code as PNG or SVG and print it.
- Test it by scanning with a second phone.
Answering calls
- Every ping arrives as a WhatsApp message with Accept and Voicemail buttons.
- Accepting opens a private bridged call — no number is shown to either side.
- If nothing is chosen within 45 seconds, the visitor is offered voicemail.
- Call history lives in your dashboard, with the link name and time.
Voicemail
- Voicemails arrive with a WhatsApp notification and a dashboard link.
- Play them in the dashboard inbox at any time within 24 hours.
- After 24 hours they are permanently deleted — there is no archive.
- Add an optional greeting per link so callers know who they've reached.
Credit and billing
- Your first 5 calls are free on every account.
- After that, each call costs $0.25 from your credit balance.
- Top up in fixed $15, $25 or $50 packs through Stripe.
- There is no subscription and nothing renews automatically.
Privacy and control
- Your number is never displayed on a Ping Link page.
- Revoke a link to stop it working immediately, everywhere.
- Rename a link at any time without reprinting the QR code.
- Up to 5 links can be active at once.
Troubleshooting
- No code on WhatsApp? Check the number, then request a new code after a short wait.
- Scan opens nothing? Make sure the link hasn't been revoked in your dashboard.
- Call won't connect? Confirm you have free calls left or credit on the account.
- Voicemail missing? It may be past the 24-hour deletion window.
