Send the single word REMOVE. Nothing else is needed — no account, no email, no form.
We delete everything
Your number, account, Ping Links, call history, voicemails, one-time codes and message logs are hard-deleted immediately. You get one confirmation message and then we hold nothing.
What gets deleted
- • Your phone number and account record
- • All of your Ping Links and their QR images
- • Any greeting audio you uploaded
- • Your complete call history
- • All stored voicemails and their audio files
- • One-time verification codes and WhatsApp message logs tied to your number
Deletion is permanent and cannot be undone. We keep only an anonymised record that an erasure was carried out, plus any transaction records we are legally obliged to retain for accounting — these contain no phone number.
Prefer email?
Write to privacy@pinglink.app from the recovery address on your account and ask us to erase your data. We respond within one month, and in practice far sooner. WhatsApp REMOVE is instant, so we recommend it.
